- Project Planning - Support lead planner in developing and maintaining project schedules using project management software.
- Resource loading - Support lead planner in schedule resource loading. Estimate resources required, including manpower, equipment, and materials for each activity.
- Data collection - Collect data from concern stakeholders for project schedule update and reports preparation as per set frequency.
- Schedule Management - Update project schedules as per set frequency.
- Risk Management - Highlight potential risks to project schedules and propose mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Progress Reporting - Prepare progress reports as requested by lead planner.
- Productivity Report - Prepare and maintain productivity reports for major trades as per lead planners instruction.
- Change Management - Assess the impact of change requests and update the schedule accordingly.
- Progress Meetings - Attend progress meetings and prepare MOM of meetings.




- Documentation - Ensure documentation related to project schedules, including baseline schedules, progress reports, change orders, Delay events is stored as per SOP.
- Contractor#s Performance Review - Maintain contractor#s performance record as per lead planner#s instruction. Education Requirement :
- Post Graduate in Construction Management (NICMAR)
- B.E / B Tech in Civil Engineering Experience Requirement :
- Necessary - 3-8 years relevant work experience
