Role Description The Placement Officer is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves liaising with corporate partners and recruiters to identify placement opportunities and build strong employer relationships.

The Placement

Officer will coordinate campus placement activities, including pre-placement talks, interviews, and selection processes, while maintaining accurate placement data and reports. The role includes providing career counseling and guidance to learners, supporting them with resume building, interview preparation,



and job-readiness skills.

Officer will also collaborate with faculty and training teams to align course outcomes with industry requirements and organize workshops, seminars, and networking events that enhance learner employability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Campus Placement and employer relationship management skills, including coordination of placement drives and industry outreach.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with learners, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Career Counseling abilities, including guiding learners on job roles, career paths, and skill development needs.
- Candidates should possess Training and Education-related skills to support employability programs, soft skills workshops, and job-readiness sessions.
- Relevant experience in placement, corporate relations, or career services within an education or training organization is preferred.
- Ability to work with data and reports, use MS Office or similar tools, and manage placement tracking systems effectively.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive and learner-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Human Resources, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
