Role Description The Placement Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting learners in securing relevant internships and job opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with employers, understanding their hiring needs, and matching them with suitable candidates from Linkway Learning programs. The role involves guiding learners through the placement process, conducting pre-placement orientations, and coordinating interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.





The Placement

Specialist will track placement outcomes, analyze trends, and collaborate with training and academic teams to align programs with current market demands. This role also requires delivering explicit communication to stakeholders, providing ongoing learner support, and contributing to continuous improvement of placement processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners, employers, and internal teams.
- Solid Analytical Skills to track placement data, interpret hiring trends, and provide insights for program improvement.
- Experience in Recruiting and talent matching, preferably in education, training, or early-career placement environments.
- Ability to deliver Training and pre-placement sessions, including interview preparation and career guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in HR, education, business, or related fields is an advantage.
- Familiarity with career services, corporate outreach, or campus placement activities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms for tracking and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work with targets and timelines, and commitment to learner success.
