About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Placement Officer to manage student placements, employer relationships, and career development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate placement activities and drive student placement opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and recruiters.
- Identify and onboard new companies for recruitment and placement.
- Coordinate interviews, aptitude tests, group discussions, and recruitment drives.
- Prepare and maintain student placement records and databases.
- Guide students on career opportunities, interviews, and qualified skills.
- Conduct placement training, career guidance sessions, and mock interviews.
- Coordinate with companies regarding job requirements, interviews,



and selections.
- Track student placements and prepare regular placement reports.
- Organize campus recruitment drives and industry interaction programs.
- Support students in resume preparation and job search activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in placement, recruitment, HR, or career services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with students, companies, and internal teams.
