We are looking for an enthusiastic Placement Officer to join our team and manage student placements and corporate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate student placement activities and recruitment drives
- Connect with companies, HRs, and recruiters for job opportunities
- Source and coordinate job/internship openings
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates & companies
- Maintain placement records and reports
- Guide students with interview preparation and career opportunities
- Build and maintain strong employer relationships

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Placement, Recruitment, HR, BDE, or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid coordination, networking, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with calls, emails, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
