About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Placement Intern to support our placement and student engagement activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, student management, and placement operations while working closely with the Placement Team.

Key Responsibilities

Student Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact for students regarding placement activities.

- Communicate placement updates, schedules, and important announcements.

- Track student participation in placement-related sessions and activities.

Resume Verification & Candidate Readiness

- Review and verify student resumes for accuracy and professionalism.

- Guide students in improving resume quality and presentation.

- Ensure candidate profiles are aligned with industry standards.

Screening & Evaluation Support

- Coordinate aptitude tests, screening rounds, and mock evaluations.

- Maintain evaluation records and assist in compiling performance reports.

- Support the placement team in identifying suitable candidates for job opportunities.

Candidate Mapping & Database Management

- Categorize students based on skills, qualifications, and performance.





- Maintain and update candidate databases using Excel or Google Sheets.

- Assist in matching candidate profiles with employer requirements.

Interview Coordination

- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.

- Send interview invitations, reminders, and updates through email and WhatsApp.

- Ensure smooth coordination between students and the placement team.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Solid organizational and coordination abilities.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a student-centric approach.

- Fresh graduates or candidates interested in HR, recruitment, or placement coordination are encouraged to apply.
