We are looking for a Placement Manager who can build strong corporate relationships and drive quality placement opportunities for our students. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Build and maintain relationships with corporates, startups, recruiters & hiring partners.

- Generate internship and full-time placement opportunities for students.
- Manage the complete placement cycle — job sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offers & joining.
- Organize placement drives, virtual hiring events & corporate interactions.
- Guide students on resumes, interviews, communication & career readiness.
- Work closely with trainers and internal teams to improve student employability.
- Maintain placement data, recruiter database and prepare MIS/reports.
- Achieve monthly & quarterly placement targets and drive repeat hiring partnerships. REQUIREMENTS• 2–5 years of experience in Placement,



Corporate Relations, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Business Development.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong corporate networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination abilities.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace & CRM tools.
- Ed Tech/Education industry experience will be an added advantage.
