P&L; Head – Rice Mill & Poultry

*Role Overview:

Srivay is looking for an experienced P&L; Head – Rice Mill & Poultry to take complete business ownership of the company's Rice Mill and Poultry divisions . The role holder will be responsible for driving profitability, overseeing end-to-end operations, and ensuring both businesses achieve their growth, revenue, and cost targets.

This is a senior leadership position requiring strong operational, financial, and strategic decision-making capabilities across agri-processing and poultry operations.

* Key Responsibilities:

- Own the complete Profit & Loss (P&L;) for the Rice Mill and Poultry business units, driving revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Set and execute business strategy, budgets, and annual operating plans for both divisions.
- Oversee rice mill operations, including procurement, milling, processing, quality control, and dispatch.
- Oversee poultry operations, including farming/production, feed management, veterinary coordination, and output quality.
- Drive cost optimization across procurement, production, logistics, and overheads for both businesses.
- Monitor sales performance, pricing strategy, and market expansion for rice and poultry products.
- Build and manage relationships with key suppliers, distributors, dealers, and institutional buyers.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams across production, sales,



procurement, quality, and finance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including FSSAI and other applicable norms.
- Track and report business performance, financial metrics, and MIS to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for capacity expansion, process improvement, and new revenue streams.
- Manage business risks related to raw material price volatility, supply chain disruptions, and market fluctuations.

*Requirements:

- Proven experience in a senior operational or P&L; leadership role , preferably within rice milling, agri-processing, poultry, or FMCG/food manufacturing.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Robust track record of managing multi-unit or multi-business operations profitably .
- Strong expertise in P&L; ownership, business management, budgeting, and cost control .
- Experience in rice mill/agri-processing operations and poultry operations & production management .
- Strong knowledge of procurement, supply chain management, sales, and market expansion .
- Experience in quality control and regulatory compliance , including FSSAI requirements.
- Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Strong capability in MIS reporting and financial analysis .
