Role & responsibilities

- MTO Activity - Calculation of material required as per Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams and conceptual layouts / equipment layout. Raise PRs for material requirements as per projects

- Layout Activity - Preparation & checking of piping layout, piping isometric drawings, civil scope drawing, equipment layout/conceptual layout, plot plan etc. as per process P&IDs.; Should be able to review 3D Model prepared by consultant at various stage.

- IBR Isometric Activity - Preparation of IBR isometrics for HPS and MPS lines for provisional IBR approval. Marking supports as per Stress analysis report. Preparation of as built isometric drawings after erection for Final IBR approval.





- Site Visit - Conduct site visits during erection/commissioning process and inspection visits for piping commodities

- Item code - Preparation of Item code for Piping material after checking the adequacy of description. Knowledge on creating PMS/ VMS

- Vendor drawing approval - Checking the QAP ,datasheets and drawings of Equipment, valves, strainers, special items and etc. as per GCL specifications

- Coordination - Effective coordination and collaboration with all internal teams like Process, Purchase, Electrical, Instrumentation and civil to achieve common objectives.

- Software - Should have excellent knowledge of Autocad , Cadmatic , Material management tools
