Role Description The Piping Construction Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing piping construction activities on EPC project sites. This role includes planning and supervising daily piping work, coordinating with construction teams, contractors, and engineers to ensure timely and quality execution of installation, fabrication, and erection.

The supervisor will monitor compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards,



conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to construction safety regulations and company policies. Day-to-day tasks involve resolving site issues, maintaining progress reports, supporting material management, and contributing to site meetings and coordination with other disciplines. The role also requires proactive communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with overall project schedules and targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience in piping construction, preferably within industrial or energy projects.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and client representatives.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Inspection and quality checks of piping works to ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and project specifications.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Construction Safety practices, standards, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on safe work execution at site.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, with prior experience in piping construction supervision.
- Familiarity with EPC project environments, reading and interpreting technical drawings and P&IDs;, and using basic project documentation and reporting tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple activities simultaneously, and adapt to dynamic project needs in a fast-paced environment.
