Salary & Incentives

- In-Hand Salary: Rs. 16,000 per month
- Attendance Bonus: Rs. 1,000 per month
- Performance Bonus: Up to Rs. 1,800 per month
- Total Monthly Earning Potential: Up to Rs. 18,800

Attendance Bonus: Eligible associates completing 26 working days in a month will receive the attendance bonus. Weekly offs and approved leaves will not affect eligibility as per company policy.

Working Hours

- 8-hour shift per day
- 1 weekly off
- Shift timings will be assigned as per store operations.

Candidates staying in or near Seawoods, Nerul, Belapur, Juinagar, Sanpada, Vashi and nearby Navi Mumbai locations are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
- Check correct product/SKU and quantity before packing.
- Pack customer orders properly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Maintain speed and accuracy while processing orders.




- Arrange and handle products carefully inside the store.
- Follow Zepto store SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Support day-to-day order fulfilment and store operations.
- Meet assigned productivity and accuracy standards.

Candidate Eligibility
- Age: 18 to 30 years
- Energetic, active and physically fit candidates required.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced Zepto store environment.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience as Picker, Packer, Warehouse Associate, Store Associate, Loader, Retail Associate or similar role is an advantage.
- Candidates looking for stable, long-term employment are preferred.
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts as per store requirements.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
