Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based at Dr. Satyam's Pain Healthcare in Varanasi.

The Physical

Therapist will assess patients with spine-related and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver physiotherapy interventions to reduce pain and improve function. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical evaluations, providing manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation, guiding posture correction, and monitoring progress to adjust care plans as needed. The role involves educating patients and families on home exercise programs,



prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Physical Therapy, with the ability to evaluate and treat musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions.
- Demonstrated expertise in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, including designing and implementing individualized therapy plans.
- Ability to provide Home Care guidance, including clear instructions for home exercise programs and ongoing self-management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid qualified registration/licensure as required by local regulations.
- Experience in orthopedic, sports injury, or spine care settings is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered and empathetic approach.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a clinical team and maintain accurate treatment documentation.
