Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Videographer & Social Media Executive to manage our video content and support the organization’s social media and digital media activities. The candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality videos, creating engaging content, and assisting in the overall management of our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct video shoots for social media, events, activities, awareness programs, and other organizational requirements.
- Capture high-quality and engaging video content suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Identify and capture relevant content, activities, and moments from different departments for social media purposes.
- Coordinate with the Video Editor to ensure timely editing and delivery of required video content.
- Provide the editor with proper footage, shoot details, references, and content requirements for editing.
- Coordinate with different departments and staff members to plan and execute video shoots.
- Assist in developing creative video concepts and content ideas based on current social media trends.
- Support the Social Media team in maintaining a regular flow of video content.
- Assist in covering organizational events, campaigns, programs, and promotional activities.
- Organize and maintain video footage and other digital media files for easy access and future use.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas to improve engagement and visibility.
- Handle basic photography requirements whenever required.

Requirements

- Previous experience in videography, content creation, or media production.
- Good knowledge of camera handling, framing, lighting, composition, and video shooting techniques.
- Ability to independently identify and capture suitable content for social media.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,



Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging visual content.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with the Video Editor and Social Media team.
- Willingness to travel for shoots, events, and organizational activities when required.

Additional Advantage

- Valid driving licence and ability to drive.
- Experience with professional cameras, gimbals, microphones, and other video equipment.
- Basic knowledge of video editing is an added advantage, but editing will not be the primary responsibility, as the organization has a dedicated Video Editor.
- Basic knowledge of photography and social media content planning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
