Company Description Mint and Peach Photography is a photography studio based in Cuffe Parade, Mumbai. The studio serves clients in and around Mumbai, offering baby and family photography services.

Role Description The Photography Studio Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio. This role includes scheduling and confirming client appointments, managing studio calendars, mood boarding and coordinating shoot logistics with vendors. The coordinator will greet clients, handle inquiries, support basic sales activities such as explaining packages and processing bookings, and assist with some marketing tasks.

Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining studio readiness, organizing props and equipment, handling phone and email communication,



and supporting post-shoot processes such as follow-ups and delivery timelines. The role requires consistent on-site presence to provide reliable support to the studio team and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Canva for basic design work.
- Ability to work in a client-facing environment with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in a photography studio, creative agency, or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in South Mumbai and coordinate multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
