We are currently hiring candidates for the Phoenix Project.

Work: Watch assigned first-person videos and provide detailed voice narration describing everything happening in the video. The narration must accurately match the visuals and follow the project guidelines.

Payout: ₹200 per valid/approved video hour

Daily Example:

4 approved video hours × ₹200 = ₹800 per day

Monthly Earning Example:

₹800 × 30 days = ₹24,000/month

Payout Cycle: 60 Days

Candidate Requirements

- Good English speaking and pronunciation
- Clear voice and positive microphone/audio quality
- Ability to describe videos in detailed first-person narration
- Must follow project guidelines and quality standards
- Consistent availability for full-time work




- Laptop/PC with a stable internet connection

Important: Payment will be based only on valid/approved video hours. Quality and guideline compliance are mandatory.
