Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and process pharmacovigilance cases according to company policies and procedures.

- Conduct thorough reviews of medical records and other relevant documents to identify potential safety concerns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of cases.

- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as pharmacy or medicine.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or case management.

- Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
