Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for physically performing order picking, quality checks, packing and handover to the riders
- Ensure all orders are processed within the defined cut-off TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Responsible for physically performing stock receiving and put away processes
- Conduct daily stock audits and ensure accountability for inventory shrinkage
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely order fulfillment, issue resolution, and excellent service

Preferred candidate profile

- Positive understanding of medicine storage requirements, expiry management, FEFO/FIFO practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting, inventory tracking, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Pharmacy Management Systems (PMS), and ERP applications.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on dispensing accuracy and patient safety.

Note - Candidate must possess valid Maharashtra Pharmacy License
