Role Description This is a full time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Mumbai. The Pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, verify prescriptions, and provide clear guidance to customers on dosage, side effects, and safe usage.

The role includes maintaining proper storage conditions, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards. The Pharmacist will support the store team in managing pharmacy operations, handling customer queries,



and promoting wellness and preventive care products. The individual will also assist in documentation, record-keeping, and periodic audits to maintain quality and accuracy in all pharmacy services.

Qualifications

- Formal pharmacy education (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or equivalent) and a valid pharmacist registration/license as per local regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, dosage forms, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses, with the ability to provide patient counseling and medication guidance.
- Experience in retail pharmacy operations, including prescription processing, billing, and inventory management, preferably in a high-volume store environment.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy or POS software systems and basic computer applications for record-keeping and reporting.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in dispensing and documentation, and adherence to quality, safety, and cold-chain handling protocols.
- Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with diverse customers and collaborate with store and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a 24x7 retail environment, stand for extended periods, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in community or retail pharmacy, and familiarity with wellness, nutraceutical, and lifestyle products is an added advantage.
