- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Explain and promote pharmaceutical products to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain regular communication and build solid customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth order processing.

Candidate Requirements:

- B.Pharm qualification is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates should be comfortable with telecalling and customer interaction.
