Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Finance Writer/Blogger role based in Gurugram. The role involves researching personal finance topics such as mutual funds, investments, insurance, tax planning, and legacy planning, and converting insights into clear, engaging blog posts, articles, guides, and social content tailored to Indian investors.

The writer will plan content calendars, collaborate with the advisory and marketing teams to align topics with business goals, and ensure all content reflects Finomatic’s voice, accuracy standards, and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and revising content,



optimizing articles for digital channels, simplifying complex financial concepts for a wide audience, and tracking reader engagement to refine content strategy. The role may also require interviewing internal experts, staying updated on financial products and regulations, and contributing ideas for educational campaigns and resources.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong domain knowledge in Personal Finance and Finance, with an understanding of Indian financial products, tax laws, and wealth creation strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Research and Investments skills to analyze markets, compare products, interpret data, and translate insights into practical guidance for readers.
- Candidates should possess excellent Writing skills, including the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for blogs, articles, emailers, and social media.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Relevant experience in financial writing, content creation, or journalism within personal finance or fintech is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO basics, digital publishing tools, and analytics platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Gurugram, manage deadlines, and adapt content to evolving regulatory and market
