What You'll DoYou'll own my Instagram presence end-to-end.

Your responsibilities will include

- Reviewing thousands of existing photos and videos to identify high-quality content.
- Creating a content calendar.
- Editing reels using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Designing carousel posts.
- Writing engaging captions in my tone of voice.
- Posting consistently on Instagram.
- Managing Stories during my travels.
- Repurposing content across LinkedIn where relevant.




- Researching trending audio, formats, and storytelling styles.
- Tracking analytics and suggesting improvements.
- Helping grow an authentic audience—not just increasing follower count.

What I'm Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in social media or content creation.
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Strong aesthetic sense for travel, food, and luxury.
- Comfortable editing short-form videos.
- Someone who understands Instagram—not just how to use it, but how to grow on it.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Interest in hospitality, food, luxury, and travel is a huge plus.

Bonus Skills
- Photography or videography.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
- Understanding of Instagram Insights and analytics.
- Basic AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
