Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Perfumer role based in Noida. The Perfumer will develop, evaluate, and refine fragrances for a wide range of natural personal care and cosmetic products, working closely with the R&D; and product development teams. Daily tasks include creating new fragrance concepts, conducting stability and performance evaluations, adapting formulations to regulatory and safety requirements, and ensuring consistency across batches.

The role involves collaborating with quality control and production teams to scale formulations,



supporting customer presentations and sales discussions with fragrance expertise, and documenting all formulations and testing outcomes for future reference.

Qualifications

- Customer-facing and support skills, including Customer Service and collaboration with Sales teams to understand client requirements.
- Quality-focused skills, including experience in Quality Control and adherence to safety and regulatory standards for fragrances and personal care products.
- Innovation and technical skills in Research and Development (R&D;), especially in fragrance creation, evaluation, and optimization.
- Domain knowledge in Personal Care, including familiarity with hair, skin, baby care, and other cosmetic product categories.
- Robust olfactory skills and proven experience as a Perfumer or fragrance specialist in cosmetics, personal care, or related industries.
- Ability to work in a laboratory and manufacturing environment, with attention to detail in formulation, testing, and documentation.
- Relevant educational background in chemistry, cosmetic science, perfumery, or a related field.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across R&D;, production, quality, and commercial functions.
