We are looking for a Performance Testing Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Micro Focus LoadRunner and deep knowledge of web technologies, SAP systems, and cloud platforms. This role involves driving performance validation efforts, identifying bottlenecks, and working across cross-functional infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. You will be instrumental in optimizing system performance, collaborating on cloud migration projects, and ensuring enterprise applications meet performance benchmarks.

Department: Quality Engineering Performance Testing

Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Must-Have Skills:

- Performance testing using Micro Focus LoadRunner suite
- Web protocols: HTTP/HTML, AJAX TruClient
- SAP application performance validation
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Web application architecture, networking, and infrastructure knowledge
- Performance bottleneck analysis and optimization
- Experience in cloud migration initiatives
- Strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and issue escalation

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct end-to-end performance testing across enterprise systems




- Lead validation efforts for web and SAP-based applications
- Identify, analyze, and resolve performance issues in large-scale environments
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams (network, server, storage)
- Drive cloud performance testing and migration support
- Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactively take ownership of performance deliverables and escalate when required
- Work in Agile teams and support business-critical performance goals

Good to Have:

- Experience with CI tools and performance monitoring solutions
- Familiarity with additional performance testing tools
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams in virtual and culturally diverse environments
