About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing & Media team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant advertising channels.

This role will focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, campaign performance, conversion optimization, and measurable business growth. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing performance campaigns and a strong understanding of digital advertising metrics.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize advertising ROI.
- Conduct audience research, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Work closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.




- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform changes.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, and analytics.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred

- Experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, E-commerce, Education, or other lead-generation industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
