Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Sector-62, Noida

Working:

6-days per week

Salary: Upto 5.5 LPA

1️⃣ Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram)

2️⃣ Google Ads Specialist (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max)

What we’re looking for :

✅ Hands-on expertise in lead generation and product-led growth

✅ Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, LTV, Funnel Optimization, Attribution, Retargeting, and Marketing Analytics

✅ Experience in scaling self-paced, recorded, and digital learning products





✅ Ability to not just generate leads but drive actual enrollments and revenue

✅ Robust command over campaign optimization, audience segmentation, landing pages, and conversion tracking

✅ Data-driven mindset with the ability to take ownership of business outcomes

✅ Preferred - experience in K-12 Education, EdTech, Skilling, or Online Learning
