Are you passionate about driving measurable growth through paid advertising? We’re looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale high-performing digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage budgets while maintaining robust ROAS, CPA, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy planning.
- Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and event tracking.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and SEO teams to improve campaign performance and landing page conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising platform updates, AI tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills





- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹2 Lakhs+.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with eCommerce (Shopify) and Lead Generation businesses.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and AI-powered marketing solutions.
