ED Global Partners is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently own and scale digital advertising campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients.

What you'll do:

- Manage and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube & Remarketing)
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Handle LinkedIn Ads and other paid media platforms
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI
- Set up and manage GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Analyse campaign performance and improve CPL, CPA & ROAS
- Work closely with our consulting, content, and design teams to drive measurable business growth

We're looking for someone who:

- Has 3 - 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience




- Can independently manage multiple client accounts
- Is analytical, data-driven, and result-oriented
- Has strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and GTM
- Takes ownership and thrives in a rapid-paced environment
