About The Role We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns for our D2C ecommerce clients. You'll own campaign performance end-to-end — from strategy and budget allocation to creative testing and reporting — working closely with design and development teams to ensure alignment with each client's growth objectives.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to impact multiple brands directly, utilizing your expertise to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and passionate about ecommerce marketing, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns effectively.

Qualifications

- 2-4 years of hands-on Facebook Ads experience, specifically within D2C or ecommerce sectors.
- Proven ability to scale ecommerce brands and deliver measurable conversions.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and various reporting dashboards.
- Working knowledge of Shopify or Shopify Plus platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Bonus: Experience working with luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

- Build and launch Facebook/Meta ad campaigns aimed at driving traffic and increasing conversions for client accounts.




- Manage and allocate ad budgets strategically across campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Continuously test different ad copy, creative assets, audience targeting, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage a minimum ad spend of 3L per month, ensuring efficient utilization of budgets.
- Develop and optimize campaign structures, including ABO, CBO, ASC, and retargeting strategies.
- Monitor campaign data daily, making real-time adjustments to improve results.
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify and pitch new campaign opportunities for account growth.
- Mentor junior media buyers through quality assurance, feedback, and daily guidance.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through daily and weekly reports, providing insights and recommendations.
