About the Role

CloudMellow Technologies is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 4 years of experience in paid digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing multi-channel advertising campaigns and be comfortable leveraging AI tools to optimize campaign performance, automate workflows, and improve marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, ROAS, CPA, and lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve campaign performance.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms for campaign planning, ad copy generation, reporting, and optimization.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the SEO, content, design,



and development teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, AI technologies, and advertising platform updates.

Required Skills
- 4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
- Robust knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Expertise in campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and attribution.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
