Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising performance-driven campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, display, and other digital platforms.

Day-to-day tasks include developing media plans, setting and managing budgets, tracking and analysing campaign performance, and implementing data-backed strategies to improve ROI and lead generation.

The role involves collaborating with creative, content, and account management teams to align messaging with campaign goals, performing A/B testing, and preparing regular performance reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders.





The manager is also expected to stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in performance marketing channels such as paid search (e.g., Google Ads), paid social (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn), and display/programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in analytics and measurement tools, including Google Analytics, campaign tracking, conversion rate optimisation, and A/B testing.
- Experience in digital marketing strategy, funnel planning, audience segmentation, and lead generation for diverse industries.
- Ability to collaborate with creative and content teams to align ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging with campaign objectives.
- Solid understanding of campaign budgeting, bid strategies, pacing, and performance forecasting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to present clear performance reports and recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; prior agency experience in performance marketing is highly beneficial.
