Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Manager role based in Jaipur.

The Performance Marketing

Manager will plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, and marketplaces to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing ad budgets, tracking key performance metrics, running A/B tests, and refining audience targeting and creative assets. The role involves close collaboration with the creative, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with brand objectives, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

Manager will also prepare regular performance reports and use data insights to recommend improvements to overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in performance marketing, including managing paid search, paid social, and display campaigns.
- Solid analytical skills with proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platform dashboards to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and campaign measurement across the full funnel.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics, customer acquisition strategies, and online sales funnels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present clear performance insights.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and basic reporting to track budgets, ROI, and campaign outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, or consumer brands is an advantage; familiarity with Jaipur or regional markets is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
