You will work closely with creative, content, design, and account teams to build campaigns that generate measurable outcomes such as leads, sales, app installs, website conversions, and qualified enquiries.

The role requires someone who understands that modern performance marketing is not just about launching ads—it is about connecting media buying, creative strategy, tracking, landing pages, audience psychology, first-party data, and conversion optimization into one growth engine.

- Understand the relationship between creative quality and paid media performance.
- Analyze winning and losing creatives and translate insights into new creative concepts.

- Stay updated with evolving Instagram and Facebook creative trends, Reels formats, UGC trends, creator-led advertising, and short-form video strategies.

- Ensure proper campaign tracking using Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API (CAPI), UTM parameters, and conversion events.
- Work with technical/marketing teams to identify tracking discrepancies and improve data quality.
- Understand basic concepts of first-party data, attribution, event tracking, privacy changes, and signal loss.
- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta reporting, Google Tag Manager, and relevant analytics platforms.
- Create performance reports with clear insights, learnings, recommendations, and next steps.
- Connect advertising metrics with actual business outcomes such as qualified leads, purchases, revenue, and customer acquisition cost.
