About the Role

We're looking for a data-driven and results-obsessed Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing agency. You'll plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn — driving measurable results for a diverse portfolio of clients. If you live and breathe ROAS, CTR, and CPA, this role is built for you. Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for key metrics — ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL, and conversions

Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize ad efficiency

Write and coordinate ad copies and creatives with the design team for A/B testing

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for clients

Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively across platforms and campaigns

Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices





Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies for high-performing campaigns Requirements

4–5 years of hands-on experience in performance/paid marketing, preferably in an agency

Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Strong understanding of funnel strategy, retargeting, and lookalike audiences

Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel setup & tracking

Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make quick optimization decisions

Experience managing monthly ad budgets across multiple clients

Solid communication skills for client reporting and coordination Nice to Have

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification

Experience with tools like SEMrush, HubSpot, or Zapier

Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization

Knowledge of UTM tracking and conversion tracking setup
