We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who can assist in managing paid campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing marketing strategies to drive measurable growth for our clients.

Campaign Management

Assist in planning, launching, and managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for key metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.

Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.

Performance Analysis

Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign results.

Creative & Strategy Support

Work closely with designers, video editors,



and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.

Suggest new ad angles, hooks, and creative concepts based on campaign performance.

Market Research

Conduct competitor research and audience analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.

Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Operations & Collaboration

Support senior performance marketers in campaign strategy and execution.

Maintain organized campaign data, trackers, and reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and creatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.

Basic hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Understanding of ecommerce marketing funnels and paid advertising strategies.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced agency environment.
