Role Description

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. If you are passionate about driving growth, analyzing performance, and maximizing ROI, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Conduct audience research and develop targeted segmentation strategies




- Write compelling ad copy and create detailed creative briefs for design teams
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports with key insights and KPIs
- Recommend landing page CRO improvements based on data analysis
- Perform competitor analysis and keyword research for SEO and paid campaigns
- Develop and execute funnel-based strategies to maximize leads and conversions

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
- Understanding of SEO and keyword research
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting
