We’re looking for a Performance Marketing & E-commerce Ads Manager who can turn media spends into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce marketplace advertising
- Drive sales, leads, conversions, ROAS and revenue growth
- Manage campaign strategy, budgets, bidding, targeting, remarketing and optimisation
- Track and analyse ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversions and funnel performance
- Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Manage Pixel, GA4, GTM and conversion tracking
- Stay updated with the latest performance marketing, e-commerce and AI trends
- Use AI tools for campaign research, analysis, optimisation and creative ideation
- Coordinate with Meta Support for account issues, troubleshooting and escalations
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify winning campaigns and scale them profitably

What We’re Looking For




- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
- Solid expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience managing Amazon/Flipkart marketplace ads and D2C/e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels and conversion optimisation
- Good working knowledge of AI tools and emerging digital marketing trends
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills are a must
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and advertising budgets
- Ability to coordinate effectively with platform support teams for escalations
