Maximum Budget:Up to ₹35,000 per month

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for multiple US-based clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in paid media, lead-generation campaigns, account management, conversion tracking, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for managing approximately 4–5 client accounts and ensuring campaigns deliver strong performance and ROI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Handle approximately 4–5 US-based client accounts simultaneously.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize lead-generation campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign performance.
- Work with GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking and performance analysis.
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.




- Prepare regular performance reports and campaign insights for clients and internal teams.
- Communicate campaign performance, recommendations, and action plans effectively.
- Provide additional support to priority accounts during peak periods.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with lead-generation campaigns.
- Good working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Meta Ads is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Full-time availability is preferred.
