Eevagga is a tech-driven, full-stack event company focused on premium birthday experiences in Bangalore. We are building a scalable, high-performance growth engine with a goal of 65+ premium events per month.

This is not a typical ads role.

This role owns the entire paid growth funnel — from Lead to Booking.

Role Mission

Build and scale a predictable birthday lead engine delivering:

- CPL ≤ ₹700
- SQL ≥ 30%
- Profitable Cost per Booking
- 6x Revenue-to-Ad-Spend efficiency

You will directly impact company revenue.

What You Will Own1️⃣ Meta Ads Strategy & Execution

- Campaign structuring (CBO vs ABO)
- Budget allocation and scaling
- Creative testing framework
- Audience testing and expansion
- Performance optimization

2️⃣ Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Lead form optimization
- Budget qualification logic
- SQL improvement strategy
- Retargeting flows
- Remarketing audience building

3️⃣ Tracking & Signal Quality
- Ensure proper event tracking (fbc, fbp)
- Improve Event Match Quality
- Offline conversion integration
- CRM feedback loop integration





4️⃣ Data & Reporting

Weekly performance review covering

- Spend
- CPL
- SQL %
- Cost per Booking
- Revenue generated
- Experiments conducted
- Learnings & next plan

No vanity metrics. Only business impact.

Key KPIs

- CPL ≤ ₹750 (within 60 days)
- SQL ≥ 30%
- Cost per Booking < 10% of AOV
- Minimum 5 creative tests per week
- Monthly revenue growth from paid channel

What We Are Looking For

- 2–4 years hands-on Meta Ads experience
- Experience in D2C / Local service / Lead generation business
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking & offline conversions
- Comfortable with numbers and business math
- Experience working with CRM integrations (LeadSquared preferred)
