Requirements

✅ Experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing

✅ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads

✅ Strong understanding of campaign optimization and lead generation

✅ Knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking & campaign metrics

✅ Ability to analyze data and improve ROAS, CPL & overall campaign performance

✅ Solid analytical and creative thinking skills

Key Responsibilities

? Plan, launch and manage paid marketing campaigns

? Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets

? Generate and improve qualified leads

? Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports

? Conduct A/B testing and implement growth strategies

? Work closely with the creative and sales teams
