About The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with a strong background in digital marketing and a proven ability to generate qualified leads through paid campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. We are looking for someone who understands the technology industry, can work with data to improve campaign performance, and has a strong portfolio demonstrating successful lead-generation campaigns and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- - Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Run campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, ChatGPT and other relevant paid channels.
- Develop campaign strategies targeting decision-makers and businesses looking for technology, software development, digital transformation, and related services.
- Manage campaign budgets while continuously improving CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign segmentation.
- Create and test campaign messaging, ad copies, landing-page concepts, creatives, and CTAs.
- Set up and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns.
- Work closely with content, design, sales, and business development teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and provide regular campaign reports.
- Track the complete marketing funnel from ad click to qualified lead and conversion.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing of audiences, creatives, landing pages, offers, and campaign strategies.
- Stay updated with emerging paid media trends, tools, platforms, and B2B technology marketing practices.

Key Requirements

- - Proven experience as a Performance Marketer, Paid Media Specialist, Growth Marketer,



or Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Strong experience generating qualified leads through paid advertising campaigns.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and related platforms.
- Good understanding of B2B lead generation, preferably within the technology, IT services, SaaS, software development, or digital transformation industry.
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, analytics, attribution, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on campaign data.
- Understanding of landing-page optimization and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Robust communication and reporting skills.

Portfolio Requirement Candidates should be able to share a strong portfolio or case studies of previous performance marketing campaigns, preferably including:

- - Leads generated
- Campaign spend
- Cost per lead
- Conversion rates
- ROAS / ROI
- Channels used
- Campaign strategy
- Optimization approach
- Examples of successfully scaled campaigns

Experience demonstrating measurable results in the technology or B2B services industry will be highly preferred
