Role Description The Peoplesoft Technical Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirumalgiri. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications and technical components, including interfaces and integrations with other systems.

Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing PeopleSoft modules, working with Human Capital Management functionalities, and using Component Interface for data loading and automation. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing performance, and collaborating with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure stable, secure, and efficient system operations. The consultant will also document technical solutions, support testing activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Role: Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant

Working Shift: US customer. So, overlap of 4 hours expected.



Candidate is expected to work till 11pm IST(10:30 AM to 11:00 PM IST on all working days)

Location-Any Metropolitan Cities (Hybrid)

- Looking for experienced Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultants with strong hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft technical development, production support, integration, testing, and automation using PeopleSoft Test Framework. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting PeopleSoft FSCM and/or HCM applications, while also leading automated regression testing initiatives using PeopleSoft Test Framework.
- The candidate should have deep technical knowledge of People Tools, Application Designer, People Code, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, PS Query, SQL, and PeopleSoft migration tools. The candidate should also be capable of working closely with functional teams, QA teams, business users, and project stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable PeopleSoft solutions.
- This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical ownership, and the ability to support both enhancement projects and critical production operations.
- The consultant must have practical experience with:
- Installing, configuring,



and using the PeopleSoft Test Framework client.
- Creating and maintaining PTF test scripts.
- Recording, editing, parameterizing, and executing automated test cases.
- Designing reusable test components and test libraries.
- Managing test data and environment-specific variables.
- Troubleshooting PTF playback failures.
- Maintaining automated regression suites after application changes.
- Supporting regression testing during PeopleSoft Update Manager cycles.
- Coordinating PTF execution with QA, functional, and technical teams.
- Producing test execution evidence and defect-support documentation.
- Identifying automation candidates across FSCM and/or HCM business processes.

Required Experience

- 8+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft technical experience.
- 2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework or have worked on PeopleSoft Test Framework on at least 2 projects.
- Solid experience in PeopleSoft FSCM and/or HCM implementation, enhancement, upgrade, or support projects.
- Experience working in complex PeopleSoft environments with customizations, integrations, batch processes, and reporting requirements.
- Experience working with functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Experience with regression testing, automated testing, defect resolution, and release validation.
- In summary, the consultant must combine strong PeopleSoft technical development experience with deep PeopleSoft Test Framework expertise to improve automation, testing quality, release confidence, and production stability.
