About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Penetration Testing & Vulnerability Management Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud and application security. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating security vulnerabilities across our Azure cloud infrastructure (including Azure VMSS), mobile applications, source code, and integrated payment gateway systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Web & Source Code Security:
- Perform Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) on application source code.
- Identify code-level vulnerabilities such as OWASP Top 10 (SQLi, XSS, SSRF, CSRF, insecure direct object references).
- Mobile Application Penetration Testing:
- Conduct comprehensive security testing on iOS and Android applications (static/dynamic analysis, reverse engineering, SSL pinning bypass, insecure data storage).
- Payment Gateway & API Security:
- Test payment gateway integrations, API endpoints, and transaction workflows for logical flaws, price manipulation, or unauthorized access.




- Ensure compliance guidelines related to PCI-DSS are maintained across all payment handling components.
- Vulnerability Management & Remediation:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments using industry-standard scanning tools.
- Provide clear, actionable remediation guidance and technical documentation to developer and DevOps teams.
- Perform re-testing to ensure identified vulnerabilities are effectively patched.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in penetration testing, vulnerability management, or application security testing.
- Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, security controls, and Virtual Machine Scale Sets (VMSS).
- Mobile & Web Testing: Strong expertise with tools like Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, MobSF, Frida, Objection, or Metasploit.
- Code Audit: Ability to review code written in modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, C#/.NET, Python, Flutter, or React Native).
- Standards Knowledge: Solid understanding of OWASP Top 10, OWASP MASVS (Mobile Application Security Verification Standard), and PCI-DSS requirements.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills to collaborate effectively across distributed international teams.
- Mobility: Must hold a valid passport and be flexible to travel to Sharjah, UAE, as needed based on business requirements.
