About the Role

As a Pega Senior System Architect (SSA), you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise Pega applications that support critical business operations. Working closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, and stakeholders, you'll contribute to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions while following Pega best practices and Guardrails.

This role is ideal for experienced Pega professionals who are eager to deepen their technical expertise, contribute to enterprise projects, and grow within a collaborative and innovation-driven environment.

What You'll Do

As a Senior System Architect, you'll be responsible for delivering robust Pega solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include

- Design,



develop, and configure enterprise applications using the Pega Platform.
- Build workflows, case management processes, user interfaces, business rules, and decision logic.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
- Participate in technical design discussions, solution reviews, and application architecture sessions.
- Perform unit testing and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support when required.
- Ensure applications comply with Pega Guardrails, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the Pega Practice.

What We're Looking For We're looking for a technically strong Pega professional with hands-on development experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering enterprise applications.

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development.
- Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) Certification (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, Data Pages, Decision Rules,



UI development, and application design.
- Experience building REST and SOAP integrations.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Experience working across the complete software development lifecycle.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance organizations.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to enterprise application architecture and cloud-based deployments.
- Experience with source control, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
