Role Description The Payroll Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for executing end-to-end payroll activities with accuracy and timeliness. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and validating payroll inputs, processing monthly payroll runs, and ensuring correct calculation of wages, deductions, garnishments,



and statutory contributions. The role involves preparing payroll reports, reconciling payroll data with finance records, managing payroll taxes, and coordinating with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.

The Payroll

Specialist will respond to employee queries related to compensation, payslips, and tax details, while maintaining strict confidentiality of payroll information. The role also includes supporting periodic audits, keeping up to date with regulatory changes, and contributing to process improvements in payroll services.
