Role Description The PCB Designing Freelancer at Artsays.in will be responsible for designing and optimizing printed circuit boards for a variety of electronic applications. Day-to-day tasks include creating PCB layouts, collaborating with engineers on circuit schematics, performing design reviews, and ensuring that designs meet performance, safety, and manufacturability standards.

The role involves working with analog and RF components, selecting appropriate electronic parts, and preparing documentation such as BOMs and design files for production. This is a full-time, remote role, requiring consistent communication,



timely delivery of design milestones, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Qualifications

- Circuit design skills covering PCB layout, schematic capture, and integration of analog and digital components.
- Strong foundation in Analog electronics, including signal conditioning, filtering, and power management.
- Knowledge of Electronics and Electrical Engineering principles relevant to PCB design, safety, and compliance.
- Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) design, including layout techniques for high-frequency signals and impedance control.
- Proficiency with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, or similar CAD software).
- Ability to read and interpret datasheets, application notes, and industry standards.
- Attention to detail, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience collaborating with hardware teams and manufacturers, including DFM and DFA considerations, is an advantage.
