Job Summary

We are looking for a Payroll & Compliance Executive with 1–2 years of experience to handle payroll processing, attendance, employee salary-related activities, and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly payroll processing and salary inputs.

Verify attendance, leave, LOP, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements.

Generate and verify salary slips.

Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and other statutory compliances.

Prepare statutory challans, returns, and compliance records.

Resolve employee queries related to salary and payroll.

Maintain accurate payroll and employee records.

Prepare payroll MIS and reports.

Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external consultants for payroll and compliance activities.

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in Payroll/HR Operations.

Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & TDS.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.

Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification: Graduate in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
