Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage patient appointments and registrations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of OPD activities and patient flow.
- Guide patients regarding consultations, investigations, and hospital services.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update hospital management systems (HMS).
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor OPD schedules and inform patients about any changes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly OPD reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.
- Support billing and insurance-related coordination when required.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of hospital operations and patient management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Management Software (HMS).
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
