Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Agent based in Chennai. The Patent Agent will be responsible for preparing and filing patent applications, conducting in-depth patent searches, analyzing patentability, and ensuring compliance with patent laws.



The role requires a detail-oriented approach to intellectual property matters and close collaboration with team members to provide strategic advice to clients.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Patent Preparation, including drafting patent applications
- Experience in Patent Applications and understanding patent filing procedures
- Strong knowledge of Patent Law and Patentability concepts
- Skilled in conducting thorough Patent Searching and analysis
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Technical or scientific background relevant to patent work is an advantage
- Registration as a Patent Agent under the Indian Patent Office
