What You'll Do

- Draft patent specifications, claims, and abstracts for inventions across technology domains
- Conduct prior art searches on Espacenet, Patentscope, Google Patents, and Indian Patent Advanced Search System (IPAS)
- Prepare and file Form 1, Form 2, Form 3, Form 5, and other statutory forms with the Indian Patent Office
- Analyse and respond to First Examination Reports (FERs) under the Patents Act, 1970
- Handle patent prosecution timelines including hearing preparation and pre-grant / post-grant correspondence
- Maintain patent dockets, monitor annuity deadlines, and ensure compliance with statutory timelines
- Support PCT filings, National Phase entries, and international patent coordination
- Interface with Registered Patent Agents and clients for technical clarifications




- Prepare invention disclosure reviews and patentability opinions for academic and startup clients
- Work closely with our online and in-office team across Noida, remote associates, and foreign counsel
- Provide project status updates to clients and internal teams via Zoho and internal reporting tools
- Maintain project dockets and timelines with attention to statutory deadlines

What We're Looking For Education: Graduation in Engineering, Science, or Technology (B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc / M.Tech / M.Sc or equivalent)

Mandatory: Must have qualified the Patent Agent Examination conducted by the Indian Patent Office
