Job Purpose

- The Candidate will be responsible for administrating Parts and Lubricants sales growth through close coordination with sales team
- The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, business planning, target management, pricing, marketing initiatives, and sales analytics to maximize aftermarket revenue and profitability.
- The candidate should have strong experience in the tractor, agricultural equipment, automotive, construction equipment, or similar OEM industry, with proven expertise in aftermarket business management

Key Responsibilities Sales Budgeting &

- Forecasting

- Develop annual and quarterly Parts &
- Lubricants sales targets in line with organizational objectives
- Develop monthly sales forecasts and monitor budget achievement.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend corrective actions for achieving business targets.
- Ensure profitability targets are achieved through proper product mix and pricing strategies.

Support current product launches and aftermarket business expansion initiatives.

Pricing &

- Profitability Management

- Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies.




- Conduct market benchmarking and competitor price analysis.
- Recommend pricing revisions based on market conditions and profitability objectives.
- Monitor discount structures and dealer margins.
- Coordinate with Purchasing to identify Cost Reduction opportunities & monitor Commodity movements

Marketing &

- Business Development

- Plan and execute aftermarket marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate dealer promotions, service camps, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns.
- Develop strategies for increasing genuine parts and lubricant consumption.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs.

Sales &

- Parts Data Analysis

- Generate MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
- Provide business insights using Excel, Power BI, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Track Sales for different categories of parts and recommend promotional actions

Customer &

- Market Intelligence

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Gather customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends related to tractors, farm equipment, lubricants, and aftermarket business.

Experience Required

- 8–15 years Manager Level in:
- Tractor OEM
- Agricultural Equipment
- Automotive Aftermarket
- Construction Equipment
- Commercial Vehicles
- Lubricants Industry

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Business Administration.
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / Operations) preferred.

Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is INR ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location.

If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
